What are the minimum run requirements for customs?
Please use this chart as a general reference point. We have included overage tolerances as well.

Gravure strike offs: The first 3 strike offs are free, each additional strike off is $100 each.
Digital strike offs: The first strike off is free, each additional strike off is $100 each.
Design Time: The first hour of design time is free, each additional hour is $100 each.
How long do customs take?
- Gravure hand screen strike off (or CAD)- 2-5 days.
- Gravure production- 4 weeks.
- Digital strike offs- 1-2 weeks.
- Digital production- 4-6 weeks.
What substrates are available?
Commercial vinyl (CA 01350 compliant.):
- Non-woven backing 20oz Type II
- Osnaburg backing 20oz Type II
- Non-woven backing Mylar (Digital)
